I have a pallet of materials from Displays2Go sitting in a client s driveway that isn t theirs and can t get anyone to help me. The order we placed (an acrylic podium) is in Canada at the wrong location. No one knows anything and now I m on hold again - for the past 2 hours - trying to get in touch with someone to get help. AWFUL service. We own a marketing company and won t be using this company again. We ve spent 2 days on the phone with both this company and the shipping company trying to get this issue resolved. Please use a different company for your order and save yourself major stress! I don t think I ve ever left a negative review for a company but wanted to make sure that others were informed about my experience to help them avoid a major issue like this. The shipping company said this is not an isolated issue with Displays2Go.
