Recently leased a BMW X5 40E from this dealership, and tho I love the car, the transaction was a total disappointment from beginning to end. I can give the personnel I dealt with only one star and that is because the 18 year old technician gave me a great overview of the technology of this vehicle. From my sales rep, to his supervisor and finally to my interactions with the general manager, I found them all to be TOTALLY LACKING in customer service qualities and integrity. My guidance would be to drive farther to get the vehicle you want, but don t do business here.
