Waited quite a while to be seated. It was 7:30am and no one was in front of us and only 4 tables occupied .Finally got seated--another wait to place drink orders, another long wait to place food order. We could see that other tables who had been seated before us were still waiting for drinks and service, too, and another couple had been waiting to pay. One table out of about five had their food although all of them had been seated before us. Other people walked out because they were never seated even though the place wasn't busy. This was Mother's Day, and we would have thought they'd be on their game on this of all mornings .One hour later, we walked out after no one had even checked on us to see if we needed anything, to tell us our food would be out soon, etc. Menu looks great and would have loved to try it, but service didn't reassure us . We come to the island often and won't be back to Grapevine .
