They should fire of the staff at the Embassy Suite...

They should fire of the staff at the Embassy Suites Sarasota and start from scratch. A three night stay this past weekend was a disaster from the moment I made reservations in the spring. The staff there is incapable of making decisions. The General Manager, John Tanner is incompetent and incapable of overseeing a staff greater than one person. He is clueless and will threaten you and lie to your face. Myself and over 50% of the guests this weekend couldn't believe the problems we encountered multiple times a day and the multiple excuses we received. I'm not sure Innisfree Hotels just doesn't care or what their problem is. The hotel had been open two weeks and it was their first weekend fully booked, and there was nobody onsite that was remotely capable of doing anything except apologize and give excuses. I was in line with a guest staying there from Hilton Corporate offices, and they could not believe how poorly run the hotel is. Pretty sad if you ask me.
