This place is a scam, in my opinion they are horrible people, they treat the members like garbage. No wonder if you look up the history of this place its full of bad investments and lawsuits, remember Halll vs psprs, remember Parker vs PSPRS, the reason people sue is because they are modern day robbers. Its sad to see how now they got rid of the pension and are now turning it into a 401a pension hibrid, so yeah they will make sure the members get screwed.
