The process was divided in different parts. The first interview was quite brief. The second interview a couple of hours long and the last interview no more than 20 minutes to make a final agreement. Most of the focus should obviously be on the second interview. It's required being a good listener and keeping a strong level of professionalism and communication skill. Some of the questions are situational based as to test my work ethic and general approach.
