This is a good shop. I have used it several times and they do a good job.

Everyone but a saint is an a*hole sometimes. Today was my turn. I am not especially proud of myself. I probably got the receptionist/ cashier at Great American Tire, in a little hot water and for that I apologize. I should know how things are when things get busy. Time frames are elastic and somehow five or ten minutes can stretch into an hour, especially when you get a phone call or something happens or there is an emergency. One event is at the mercy of a second event which may be at the mercy of yet another. In the winter when cold and snow and ice may with natural indifference make a salad of our lives, we must remember that. Patience is a virtue. Be gentle with those you deal with. You don t know what kind of day they may be having.
