Spoke with a woman regarding a social security penalty I was being charged even though I had documentation of prior medical insurance through my employer. She basically said, " so what do you expect me to do about it" and said I should hear something in 60 to 90 days. She didn't give me her name, I suppose there's a reason for that. Anyway, I called back and she answered the phone. I said, I spoke with you just a few minutes ago and did not get you name. She replied, I have 13 lines ringing and hung up on me. Where does the SS administration find these people? How can people be so rude and keep their jobs?
