Overall I would say that it is a pretty good environment the people are pretty cool but the things that you should know that they may not tell you because it was not told to my friend if you are related and want to work there you cannot work within the same household and they would require you to have two different households also although they tell you that at six points they will warn you email you that is not the truth all the time you can get all the way up to your eight points if you are full-time without a word from them and then be terminated it will for any reason such as the thing I brought up about having two people employed under the same household because I think evidently they're not supposed to do that because my friend was fired as soon as they found out about her child her adult child was also working there and she did not get a 6.1 via email they did not send a letter in the mail as they suggested because anything else she receives but that was the cover there behind of course but that's business that's how companies work that's what they do I would just say keep up with your points I know life happens such as with my friend she had two cousins just recently died and this year was not her year to buy a house because she was sold a house where the floor is literally falling through and the plumbing she had to spit over $8,000 to get it fixed this home was supposed to be moving ready so with that being said she had to spend a lot of time from work and just a lot going on this year and I guess her missing work the other day for the deaths of her cousins with the icing on the cake and so when she called in about a technical problem earlier today and her daughter also had a question they fired her basically on the spot and claimed it was because of her points mind you they never warned her about the points as they are supposed to but I can't say it is their fault because it is in the book the rule book that you cannot reach 8 points full-time and there is a 6.1 and they're supposed to give but it's your responsibility to keep up with everything and even though life happens employers need people that are going to be there regardless of Life happening so all in all I would say is still a pretty decent place to work I would say that the amount that is paid per hour needs to be more because when they're not doing incentives that base pay is all you have and so for people who think oh I have a degree did this may not be the place for you if you're looking to me making a lot of money they do have great benefits it's what I'm told and like I said the people are very very nice I just wanted to make you aware of some things that you may not be told because my friend was not told of those things that if you're related that you cannot work under the same roof and also that that they may not always give you a warning at the six points mark so you may think you are good but you're not so just because you don't get that 6.1 and it is vital that you keep up with it yourself because they will not always tell you and then you turn around and get fired
