I ve been to Momocho several times, and this will be my last. Our waitress was very kind, but our food took over an hour to come out, and when it finally arrived it was difficult to eat. The rice was so undercooked it was like eating a pile of rocks, and my fish was so burnt it was like chewing leather. Our waitress was kind enough to remove my fish from our bill, but then as we were walking out, the hostess was walking by and pushed my mother out of the way into a wall. She never turned to apologize or see if my mother was okay. I m disgusted that Momocho would hire an employee that would treat customers like this. She should be fired immediately, but with the way service has gone down hill here, I m sure she ll be the next employee of the month. Don t waste your money. There are MUCH better Mexican joints in Cleveland that won t aggressively push you into walls while you dine.
