Booked pass for 6/20/17 Paid deposit and balance at hotel. Went to the beach and first there were 3 servers attending area but nothing was open til 11am. No water, nothing was offered.Finally a male server asked if we wanted anything and about 20 min. later we received our drinks. Tried to reorder several times but he told he would be rite back. One hour later got our drinks and a menu to order lunch but couldn't get our order taken after about another hour. My wife and I packed up, and went to complain about the poor service and were told that they would not refund the balance of our credit which was 47 dollars but we should go back to the beach and use it, yea right 80 dollar meal and drink credit is ok except when you can't get service to use it. We utilize day passes always when we cruise and this Hilton is by far the worst resort we have tried. Prices are crazy high. Hotdog $14, burger $19 plus 7.5% vat and 15% gratuity. Everyone was not happy with the food, probably best that we didn't eat there. Don't waste the time going there.
