I have been shopping at the Tooting Bec store for a long time as l live just round the corner, and it has some bargains, but it is a Heath and Safety mine field with 30 inch spaces between the tightly packed clothes racks, shelves and other things they just have way too much stuff for the floor space. you literally have to squeeze by some to get past them, and that make for some uncomfortable and undesirable body contact.

Several times I have also been disappointed to found them closed early, at 5.45pm instead of 6pm. with some one standing by the door not letting people in.



Anyway I thought it was something new, and since I was next to be served, I was sure she would offer me the same loyalty card pitch.

NO SHE DID NOT!!! and I spent more money than the young girl!
SMH. prejudice in 2019? Not only that, she actively encouraged the girl to go online and give a good review to. counter a bad review they had received where a customer said the shop smelt of smoke.

Come on, you cannot force people to give good reviews, let your service speak for it self.
