would give negative feedback if possible. recently submitted for a warranty claim on a window that was less than a week old because it leaked water into the house at a high volume. Submitted video of a 20 oz water bottle being poured on the window while closed and more than half of the water leaked into the house. Their engineer replied stating that not only was that normal by their standards, but that the window is designed to leak water like that. Our company installs a lot of vinyl windows and have never had an issue like this with any other manufacturer. All we asked was a warranty replacement to ensure our customer get a proper product. Not sure why it's so hard for a manufacturer to stand behind their product. We will be seeking new vendors for our future products.
