Staff untrained to deal with personal matters with an appropriate level of respect. The room I rented through Lighthouse Properties was full of structural damage upon arrival, which took them 3 months to fix. The only time they show their punctuality is when they demand rent payments. The agency as a whole is extremely unprofessional and I would advise students against letting with them, overpriced properties with incoherent managers who have taken advantage of students. Many better agencies to rent through in Lincoln. If I could rate 0/5 I would.
