We'd been searching for a Chevrolet Silverado for three weeks before turning to Ebay where we found Vernon Auto Group with the listing for my husband's dream truck. I called the dealership and spoke with Colton. He answered all my questions. He even took additional pictures of the truck inside and out although there was over sixty pictures already online. Colton and his manager were very patient with me. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase like I did with other dealerships. Living 1500 miles away didn't even effect the buying process. I was able to provide a deposit over the phone. Then all documents were emailed to me with a printable prepaid overnight shipping label. Stephanie in the finance department found us a lower interest rate on our auto loan than our local credit union. The entire process was smooth and easy. I was able to fly into a town just outside of Vernon. I took the Greyhound bus to Vernon, stayed the night in a hotel, and then picked my truck up the next morning. A wonderful female staff member even drove me to the dealership! The entire process went great. We saved thousands of dollars on this truck compared to what we were finding in Northern Nevada and California. I highly recommend Vernon Auto Group. We will definitely think about heading to Texas the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.
