Just purchased a Scott Contessa Genius mountain bike after riding 9 years on my old Specialized Safire and had a great experience! From the selection of the bike, specs, sizing, build, fitting, and accessories, Eric and the rest of the team did a great job, were super encouraging, yet didn't pressure me in any way.
