This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had. The place was perfectly located, arrived early and was able to leave luggage safe while we explored, was upgraded to the older part of the hotel (which was so lovely) and every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Will recommend this to anyone traveling to Brugges
