I was contacted by Elizabeth Michael after applying to a job through their agency. I was invited in for an interview with Claire Wakeling, the first recruitment agent I'd dealt with who actually seemed bothered about getting to know me, finding out what my strengths and aspirations were and then searching for roles on my behalf.

Claire was efficient and came to me with two positions she thought might be suitable within days. She was always on the other end of the phone and always wanted to know how I'd done; she seemed genuinely interested in how I'd got on and genuinely pleased for me when I secured a position,

Really friendly manner and a great sense of humor helped a lot through the drag of the job hunt, whatever she's on, she deserves a raise. Thanks EM and thanks Claire!
