POOR-FAIR but goes up to EXCELLENT SERVICE

Travis Evans was not prepared with my car that I told him I was looking for. This all began Friday May 3 with a call to Autoflex interested in a new vehicle, gave all my information to start process. Monday comes, talk back and forth about what car I was looking for, the color, payment, etc.. Travis said he found a Volkswagen Jetta and a Toyota Corolla for me. Said I wanted a Camry not a Corolla. Travis said he will locate one for me. Ok I will be in Tuesday morning to come look and drive and buy.

Tuesday morning I meet Travis. But once in his office Travis is looking for my paper work with my information, left his office and came back 15 min later asking what car I was looking for. Really? We had been talking since Friday about the car I wanted. Travis came back into office starts to scramble papers looking for car info. Travis did not have any paper work on any car. Travis states that he has a Jetta and a Corolla for me but it's across the street. I explained I do not want a Corolla it was suppose to be Camry. Travis leaves his office for 30 mins come back and ask if I would like any other vehicle. WHAT!!!! What happen to the Jetta and Corolla I asked? Travis would not give me an answer. I asked Travis 3 more time in the conversation of what other car I would like to have. No response to question with an answer.

FINALLY he takes me to the lot across the street to look for a car. So apparently he did not have anything ready for me on Tuesday, and we had been talking since Friday about a Jetta and a Camry. Not a Corolla.

So we find the car I am in love with Hyundai Elantra 2012. Very nice car. We go back to office and negotiate the price, he is in and out of office 5 or 6 times, each time is 15-20 mins long. Mind you I have work to go to and it is 11:45 all ready. Finally Travis comes in stating we have price on car, and payment arrangements all ready. Travis leaves office again stating he forgot some thing. Travis comes back, from the break room, I think, and raised the payment $102.00. WHAT?!?!? Travis states that the bank need me to take out an additional warranty that Autoflex offers. I know this is B.S. This new payment is way out of my budget.

I am so frustrated I walk out told him he can keep the car that is not the payment we agreed on and the extended warrant is B. S. Travis raised the over all price for a commission. I know how the commission game works. Do not deal with TRAVIS EVANS. WASTED MY WHOLE MORNING FOR NOTHING. THANKS AUTOFLEX FOR WORSE SALESMAN I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.-------------------

AN HOUR LATER I CALLED BACK TO DEAL WITH TRAVIS'S SUPERVISOR, I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM. JOHN TATUM FIX THE DEAL AND WAS VERY GOOD AT GETTING EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEED BY ME FOR THE DEAL TO GO THROUGH. I GOT THE CAR I WANTED AND THE PRICE/PAYMENT, BUT HAD TO GO THROUGH A MORNING OF HELL FROM TRAVIS EVANS. THEY ARE ACCOMMODATING ME WITH A LOANER CAR WHILE MINE IS BEING WORKED ON, SMALL PAINT SCRATCHES.

JOHN TATUM IS EXCELLENT SALESMAN GREAT TO DEAL WITH. SO OVER ALL YES IT WAS EXCELLENT VISIT WITH JOHN TATUM AND YES WOULD TELL FRIENDS TO GO TO AUTOFLEX LEASING. JUST DON'T WORK WITH TRAVIS EVANS.
