I have been trying to talk to someone via phone or email for 2 weeks now. STOP USING COVID as an excuse for your substandard customer service. Your customers spend thousands of dollars on your products, the least you can do is answer them. Answering phone calls and emails can be done easily from home, or do you not want to pay employees?
