Birthday Ruined

We have been going to this restaurant for special occassions.I was looking forward for my Birthday Meal on August 26th.Which was ruined with the poor service we received
the starters were undercooked,All food was just full of hot chillies that I hardly touched anything.When my friend asked to speak with the manager to speak about the food and lack of service from waiters he just laughed at her and mocked her.

We all had food posioning when we got home severe stomach cramps/vomiting.
This is meant to be fine dining the prices are very high,But we were happy to pay for the positive expereinces we had previously.If we wanted average food and bad service we could have gone to cheaper Punjabi restaurants nearby.

Other restaurants of this calibre make it a enjoyable from start to finish the staff are attentive and managers make sure if customer has reason to complain ,it is resolved to the customers satisfaction not at The Brilliant I am sorry to say.

We will not return again.We did notice other diners were also not happy as they too were wanting to speak with manager .I had to ask several times that I only want chicken breast meat for Chicken Tikka starter.Hard to get attention of the waiters.
