The house was wonderful, but we PAID for the linen option and had no towels. I called EARLY Sunday morning and left a message. Two hours later, NO towels, so I called again and spoke to a lady. She said the towels should be here EARLY AFTERNOON. It's 10:00 now. That's a WHOLE DAY of our vacation wasted. Nice...
