Takes too long to get hold of a Real person, and the billing system on site is messed up to where if u picked wrong card because they dont have a $25 one u cant get ur extra 500 points. Game i give a 4 out of 5 its good i like it been playing for years, but the time it takes for GM's to reply to a ticket is INSANE, 2 weeks for a harassment and longer if you have billing or other money problems with it WTF!
