Been on hold with customer service for 30 min now ...

Been on hold with customer service for 30 min now waiting to speak to a supervisor because last call I was on hold for 20 min and was transfered to someone who had no clue what was going on. Abigail doesn't know how to do her job and neither does Erica. How do you not employ a supervisor? I'm so confused as to why such a reputable company like Samsung would use a company as sub par as this THIS IS FOR A FAULTY REPLACEMENT PHONE THEY SENT ME
