I went to Howards several months ago looking to purchase my first Rolex watch. I was nervous... I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they made me feel, every single person I spoke to was kind and attentive; from Howard himself to his daughter Stephanie and his entire staff. Most of all I felt I could trust them; I was offered a Rolex GMT by Stephanie that met my every want and need, she told me she would call me when it became available and she did just that several days later. I was introduced to Sonja Kloepfer who handled the rest. Sonja is amazing, is kind, caring, a professional a business woman (of course) and honest. She kept in touch with me over the past few months and she too kept her word and was able to find me another sought after Rolex for a family member. It is nice to find people who tell you what they are going to do, keep their word and follow through. Howard has created that kind of store, I am now a customer for life.
