First room we had, we found a large red stain between the beds on the floor...we had to take cold showers at night but figured it was us running too much hot water. In the morning we had to ask for a new room because there were only two temps very cold and very hot. We got a new room within minutes and had to move. The second roo. Was good with water, but stains on the floor as well and the thermostat didn't work. So we just stayed out of the room. Other than that...they make fresh cookies every now and then.
