I took the SheBirths program over 5 years ago for the birth of my first child, Nadine Richardson and the program she has created is excellent, evidence-based science this course covers so many aspects of becoming ready to give birth. And the community of the SheBirths Mamas that you meet is another incredible aspect.
As someone who now works with Perinatal Mental Health on a daily basis this all encompassing course is one I would recommend to women wanting to be active and empowered in their birth journey.
