I purchased a set of couch a year ago and noticed a rip on one of the cushion already. When I contacted the warranty department for repair I was told because I didn't purchase extended warranty (as an extra at the time of initial purchase) they will not provide any services... For a set of couch that costed over $3500 that is really low quality in both manufacturing and custom service... Extremely unsatisfied. Definitely will recommend choosing alternative for furniture purchases!
