I have a bit of a unique view of Carter Backer Winter LLP. I have worked closely with the firm for 9 years, supporting their recruitment process and over the last 4 years partnering their recruitment and supporting their recruitment strategy. My rule of thumb is that I will only recruit for and support businesses I would work for myself, and I can't fault CBW. They are innovative, professional, fun, social and really care about their employees. They live their core values and the attention and service they provide to clients across multiple sectors is beyond impressive. Can't recommend them enough.
