I had heard commercials for Cash Call for a while ...

I had heard commercials for Cash Call for a while on talk radio, and knowing how talk radio vets their advertisers, and doesn't take just anybody, I called. I am very glad I did. The process was initially very fast and easy. I was set to close on my refinance within two weeks of starting. I have done a few refi's, and this was by far the fastest and easiest. Unfortunately, what started out as a quick refinance became a long process when Cash Call got shut down due to COVID-19. When they got back up and running and we got to the point of finalizing the details Mr. Juan Huerta was assigned as a processor. Things took some time to process because of a large backlog due to the shutdown. I realize that none of the delay was the fault of either the company or Mr. Huerta, and that the delays were unavoidable due to the volume of work. The point of significance is that throughout the process I had numerous occasions to talk to Mr. Huerta, and even though at times I was frustrated with the pace, Mr. Huerta was very helpful and professional. I did not at any time feel like I was being a problem due to the professional way Mr. Huerta conducted himself. When closing was scheduled there was a last minute issue with the notary that could not be rectified, pushing the closing to the next day. Mr. Huerta put in a significant effort, fielding numerous phone calls from me well past normal business hours, attempting to get a notary for the original date because pushing it off to the next day posed a potential problem for us due to my wife's and my work schedules. When scheduling the closing for the next day became unavoidable, Mr. Huerta graciously removed the origination fee as a consolation. This was neither expected, nor required, but it was greatly appreciated, and went a long way to show the commitment to customer satisfaction of this company. This type of effort and obvious concern for doing the job right, and having the customer's best interests in mind, is a testament to both the organization and Mr. Huerta. I strongly recommend Cash Call/American Financial Network.
