Pretty bad service experience while buying. If this is how it is when I am planning to pay you then I can imagine how it might be when I need their help during the claims process.

I requested quotes a few times over the phone. Every time I asked a question, I got an impression that the agent was busy. I ended up going to their office to discuss the quote he provided and then buy the coverage. Unfortunately, I was made to wait 30-40 minutes even when I had an appointment. I had to leave for another meeting. No follow ups from the agent after that. I hope they improve their service.
