I have purchased about 8 cars from here including my last one. I did move to Maryland for a couple years and bought a focus there for my girlfriend. The focus has been a pos the transmission has had issues for month then they recalled the part that was bad. We had moved back I took it to korum they replaced it and 6 months later issues again! Took it back and they wouldn't do squat. They made us call Ford they would only cover half and told us to go back to the korum they wouldn't do much of anything cause we didn't buy it from them. THEIR SERVICE DEPT SUX AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! I will not EVER buy another car from here. This is not the only time I have been screwed by them but it will be the last! They also have a big banner lifetime guarantee.... what a joke too bad I cant give negative stars. I have spent a ton on korum aside from my pics I bought another 98 ranger, 08 mustang, escort zx2, used xterra, among other vehicles. Last dime I'll spend here.
