It was my second time to come Magnussens't Toyota of Palo Alto for Toyota Care maintenance for my Sinenna. The service manager, Jared Weber, was straightforward and professional during the service. Also, he answered me with full information to the requests I additionally made. It was nice working with me.

The minor improvement that they can make would be the wait time. I had to wait 2 hours for routine checks and oil change. If that could be done around an hour for a customer who makes an appointment and shows up on time, that would be much better.
