Our family of 11 loved our stay here. The staff ( every single person, really!! ) was kind, helpful, friendly, personable, well mannered, polite, and very very patient. We will come back here for sure next time hands down. The resort is well laid out and maintained. The water parks here were all warm, well staffed with happy people, had short lines if any for the more popular rides and ( to my surprise ) all the guest were very polite. The shuttles make things super easy. If I had to complain about anything here it would be that the condo we had says it sleeps 14, it didn't say comfortably, It can sleep 14 but so can a minivan. 8 adults could sleep comfortably and there's 2 cots and 2 pullout sofas (not so comfortable).
I know that all of us are looking forward to coming back next year to make more great memories. Thanks to all the staff ( front of the house and all the hard working behind the scene staff ) and the do the zipline.
