I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon Atha. I've been attending their classes for a few weeks now and it has been amazing. The instructors are fantastic and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I particularly enjoy the variety of classes they offer. Definitely check them out on their website athayoga.org.uk!
