I ve never had such terrible service in a hospital...

I ve never had such terrible service in a hospital. I waited two and a half hours for breakfast and now it s almost 4pm and still no lunch. I called in my lunch hours ago and my nurse called over a hour ago and still no food!! It just keeps happening. Again and again. Once I waited 3 hours for my food once I waited 2 hours. And this morning my nurse said to order everything early cause it s a answering machine to order it before they opened. So I did and now it s a hour and 10 minutes and I still didn t get my breakfast until after I had to get out of bed to complain.
