At first I was happy with the communication I was receiving. But when I go in TO SIGN THE DEAL I was told I wasn t speaking to a sales representative over email and they didn t have records of my deal I was signing for. After showing them the email records on my phone they would not honor my previously agreed on deal, and wouldn t give me the essential worker discount (I m a part of the nursing staff in a hospital) because I didn t have documentation that they never told me I needed. I m a senior college kid and have saved up for years to make this purchase. I was very disappointed to say the least and ended up walking. Also the car I was signing for was being shown to another couple as I was attempting to get the paperwork. I m pretty sure the car was sold out from under me to another couple who were willing to pay more. I will not be doing business here and I warn you to do the same. I went to Scott Honda of West Chester immediately after and they beat Conicellis deal by ALOT, And even threw things in for free. Just save your time and money and go to Scott Honda.
