This hospital merits its poor ratings. Elderly fam...

This hospital merits its poor ratings. Elderly family member in the Geriatric wing. Nurses do not return calls to provide updates before the end of their shift. Something is clearly wrong with the system at this hospital. Take your elderly family elsewhere if you have a choice.
