Underwhelmed. My first car purchase service experience was amazing. Not sure what changed since then, but it has resulted in a breakdown of every aspect of their vehicle service offerings. Despite having asked and confirmed needing a shuttle back home so I didn t have to wait the 3+hours to get my oil changed, no shuttle was available, and no one bothered to tell me. I waited over an hour before I asked the front desk person when no one inquired - his reply was ya, that booking doesn t exist. And not a soul even thought to ask me if I was ok just sitting twiddling my thumbs in the lobby for the next 3 hours on a Saturday.

A huge waste of time, and such a disappointing and underwhelming decline in their service offerings. This is about the last experience I needed to help me solidify that this is the last BMW I will ever purchase. Outside of the car itself, there really is nothing of value left in the offering, and the stark contrast of their prior offerings gs speaks for itself.
