GO ELSEWHERE for auto financing, unless you absolutely love: Bait and Switch tactics, Zero proactive communication (other than blowing up your phone to initiate contact to make a false offer), getting the runaround from every person you talk to, and not honoring offers that their employees make, even after the (alleged) manager listens to the conversation that THEY'VE recorded and confirms the terms of the offer that their employee has made.
They will bite, claw and scratch to try to get ahold of you to sell you on the concept of applying for the loan, tell you false information, and then duck you when it comes time to actually come through. Nobody will take accountability and honor their word, and it seems like disorganized chaos, at best, as nobody seems to ever know what was discussed with anybody else there.
