I fully appreciate that companies are struggling in the current climate but their customer service is awful. We placed an order for a simple desk for delivery on 28/07/20, after several phone calls and voicemails chasing we were informed it would be delivered on the 04/08/20. When the delivery didn't turn up we had to chase again to be told their system hadn't been updated by logistics and they would get back to us. Two days later we then receive an email to say the desk is actually out of stock until the beginning of September - ridiculous! Order now cancelled.
