Heard drip.drip.drip...this morning in the House and investigated in the attic. Broken pipe that led into tankless water heater. Called John Moore in a panic. They fit us in for an appointment when most places were 3-4 weeks out and Alex was fantastic! Found the issue, gave us reasonable repair vs replace options, scheduled our next service. Bless folks like Alex who have been working 7 days a week to repair Houston!
