Wow! After visiting two Jeep dealerships looking for a new Jeep SUV within our budget in San Antonio, we decided to head to Bluebonnet Jeep in New Braunfels. Previously, we ve purchased two other vehicles from Bluebonnet Dealerships. We are so ecstatic that we did! We prefer to buy new but our salesman, Rick Arvizu, listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and suggested a Certified Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee Limited in our price range that had all the features we wanted and then some. After checking it out, we bought it! We were not pressured into buying it like at the other dealerships. We are so excited about the exceptional customer service we received from Rick, our salesman, and Janeele Aplon and Shelly in Finance. We appreciated Rick and Janeele staying after hours to get the buying process started. Thank you for your patience with answering all our questions!
