I called earlier today to make a reservation for 1...

I called earlier today to make a reservation for 1/1. The customer service rep was rude and unaccomadating and then switched me to the front desk where they could not book my reservation either. I love the Hilton but due to this poor customer service I booked at another hotel. It's really sad when you treat Hilton Honors members so poorly.
