firstly I had my daughter here in 2020. I had a wound vac removed that wasn't switched off and was told another women had complained of the same thing. Then staff were then all taught how to properly remove them. It was the worse pain ever. Then told I should of had a more experienced surgeon by the person that did my c section. Then get a massive infection as was not given anti biotics. I was sent home with staples and it was not in my notes and I wasn't ever told... Then when I came in very infected They sorted that then I was left with an open wound never changed dressing that has leaked open just kept changing bedding not fed or given a drink on a ward. My community midwife came into see me and demand I be looked after before wound vac lady came and moved out of the ward. After offically complaining of my treatment they completely deny all of this and the fact my midwife was ever there. When I go to court the ctv will prove there flat out denials. The head of that ward on that day should be ashamed. So glad I took pictures. So glad I have texts too. I don't even want money I just want some accountability. Got none so when covid is over I will be going to court.
