Horrible customer service! Horrible! The 360 vr is...

Horrible customer service! Horrible! The 360 vr is new and they do not offer protection for it. The warranty is not covered because they do not have a process in place to accept warranty claims for refurbishment or repair. Now I ask you, who puts out a new product without having support or warranty in place to safeguard against defective products? A company that doesn't care and is only out for money. I will NEVER buy LG again. I'm tempted to take all my products and sell them and go back to Samsung.
