To be very honest, They don't have proper admin and HR culture in office.
Day 1: I went for interview ( having 3 years of experience off records and 2 years on records). The first round was written and second round was technical with senior member of the company. The second interview was about 10-15 min and I was told to join for 10 days. (why 10 days? ; because during that time the IT return filing date was expected to be 5th August 2018). why i joined? Just to explore the working culture of startup. The third round was with HR and he clearly told me that I have to work for 10 days, I said ok and ask about the remuneration, he said INR 10000 , I said fine and then I asked for variable, he said 50% bonus. I said fine! and give my date of joining 24th july to 5th of August, 2018.
PS: During the entire process of 2 hrs, no body ask water and there was no bottle in the room.
Day 2 (24th july,2018): I went to work and sat around 3 hours free without water in the room. After, asking for water, the hr and admin(probably the same person) gave his own bottle to me. So, there is no water facility for guest member in the house. Moving forward, I was explained with the working culture and given material to study of their working.
Day 3-8 : After joining, I got good amount of return to file. But, I was promised to INR 10000 + 50% Bonus.
Day 7: We got a news that Ministry has extended the return filing date. And, then I communicated that my remuneration is INR 10000 p.m and 50% bonus. Now, this is heart breaking. So, on mutual decision, I left the organisation on 31st july, 2018 after completing the work in my hand. I was expected to get INR 8000 + 50% bonus i.e, 4000 = INR 12000. What I got INR 2258. I don't know by what criteria they paid 5 years experienced person this much amount and if they can't afford why they hired experienced person at first place.
till Day 41: I informed this to HR that if not this you must pay the basic but there is no formal reply from the company. HR has no power and is giving no proper reply and ignoring my messages. So, this is how company cheat to its own people. I sat silent for 30 days hoping to get justice. I don't care about money but management should be responsible and must take care of its own people.
PS: People working their are really nice and helpful. But, HR and Admin is poor and no hr policy for remuneration hurts most.
