Ridiculous! Ok so I ordered a medium cooked bourbo...

Ridiculous! Ok so I ordered a medium cooked bourbon burger with fries. After 20-25 minutes, the burger arrived! Considering the fact that there were literally 5 other people in the restaurant, I d say 20 minutes for a burger is a lot. Not to mention, the lettuce was black, over a very undercooked patty! I politely asked the waiter if he could have it cooked more to my liking. 5 minutes later when the burger was given back to me, I noticed once again the patty still wasn t cooked like i originally ordered. Shortly after, i had the pleasure of picking 2 pieces of head hair out of my burger, courtesy of the chef. However, amongst the bad food, our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Although, I was really bummed that I didn t receive a refund. At this point it s 10:30pm and I m tired and ready to go home so I just decided to leave it at that.
