Thumbs down Rock Auto for your call center agent. Going back to local part stores only. They do not require EVERY part to be shipped. That equates to waiting for your part. If the part you receive is incorrect, MORE WAITING to return part and then receive new part. Hopefully that one is correct. If you can actually find a number to speak with someone about a question/ problem you have you will be asked to submit a request and you will be contacted at a later time. If you happen to wait on the call you will be then informed you can speak with someone. The person I spoke to was neither friendly nor helpful. You guys need a more user friendly site.
