Do not recommend the place at all! Upfront costs are comparable with other Academies, but hidden costs are twice regular tuition. Every month I am asked for money (recital, costumes, shoes, flowers, video, etc). Staff does not seem very informed about the way the place operates... I am told one thing one month and another thing in the next one - and obviously the difference in statements end up being reflected in the customer having to pay more... extremely expensive place for the quality offered. Was told could skip December and return January by a staff member, but then the very pompous Manager says I was misinformed. Also on the Manager, it would be better if she would actually listen to other people... a conversation entails more than one doing the talking... did not like the way they dealt with my girl a few times, and with my wife on most occasions. I guess they high demand for spots in the classes (its a small place), therefore feel entitled to treat people like garbage. There are better options in San Antonio.
